Here's my secret weapons for the big 3 cravings, although they may not be right for everyone-
Salt- 100 cal. packs of micro popcorn, 94% fat free, in kettle corn or "butter".
Chocolate- 25 cal. hot chocolate mix (great for sweet cravings, too).
Sweet- Diet A&W! You'd never know it's diet and it's sickening sweet.
