I had great success with the Zone. It was doctor recommended. I went to the store, bought the book and immediately lost weight. Zone's problem is the cooking... soo much cooking in their recipes. After awhile you get to understand the balances of carbs/proteins/fats but all his recipes are gormet.. not good for someone on the go like me....
Still.. I love the diet, it works well and it is healthy!
