Default How to get daily AI of potassium?

I am finding it difficult to get my daily AI of potassium, 4.7 grams. Does anyone have suggestions for the best way to get it without adding too many calories? I'm also trying to stick to 1200 calories a day. I take a daily multivitamin, calcium/Vitamin D and fish oil supplement. Thanks!

I take a potassium supplement one or two times a week. Or, Coconut water, kiwi, strawberries... all high in potassium.

Thanks for your reply LisaAnnie! I didn't know I could take a supplement one or two times a week. That's good to know! I have kiwis and other high potassium foods, but it still does not add up to the daily AI.
