Want to be healthy!
I just joined the site because it's time for me to start getting healthy again. I used to walk a lot before I had my first child and now I am pregnant with my second (due very soon!) and I find it impossible to exercise like I used to. Getting out of the house is a chore and where I live the winters are too long and too cold to do anything outside. My husband has the car and he works long hours so I'm thinking a stationary bike at home might be my best bet for exercise. Once this baby is born it'll be time to get back in shape. I can't wait.
