I just joined fitday, and liking it already. My friend tells me it's a great site and so far so good. I started my fitness journey about 2 years ago. Started out around 209 pounds and currently at about 183. My ultimate goal is to get down to 160 pounds (I'm 35, 5' 7"). I'm hoping that with tracking my workouts and food here, I'll be able to shed the last 23 pounds this coming year. It's a tall order, but I've come this far and not giving up!
