Was just messing around with my weight graph and FitDay still has my weigh-in from the last time I "sorta" decided to lose weight.

I was at 292 pounds on 08/02/06.

So, by the end of January, I'll be about where I was four years ago. [sarcasm] Yay me! [/sarcasm]

Ultimate Goal 165 lbs. (12/31/12)

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.
