Eat when you get hungry, high quality food, enough (not too little, not too much), variety of foods, and pay attention to your appetite. That's all there is to it. Cravings for pleasure foods diminish over time... I still have a little dark chocolate every day because I love it! Good for you, you are becomming "naturally thin" all by yourself.
