Welcome to FitDay! I feel your pain, man. Try being 46 and well over 400 lbs.
Anyway, that's where I was in May of this year. Today I'm still 46, but down to 310 lbs. and dropping.
My point is that you are NEVER too far gone to start living a healthier lifestyle and that big changes can happen fast.
We have a Unisex 100 pounds to lose thread on the Diet Tips part of the forum and you are welcome to join. Sometimes it's nice to talk to others who understand what it's like to be 100, 200 or more pounds above average.
PS I'm not the FitDay police, but this IS a family oriented forum--don't want you to get busted for the language.
