Default Diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome

Hi everyone! I am new to this site and I was wondering if anyone esle here has any experience with polycystic ovarian syndrome. I am a 5`7, 29 year old female who was diagnosed with this 2 years ago after spontaneously gaining 60 pounds over the course of 2 months. I have never been a thin person but always very healthy, active and loving that I am a curvy girl. This extra weight is very difficult for me and my condition makes losing weight extremely difficult. Its hard not to think back to how easy I used to be able to lose weight, everything about me is differnt now. I was looking to speak with others who have had similar experiences with this condition. The things I`ve read say that most have the same experience as I did but usually can take years to diagnose correctly wich is super frustrating. I was lucky to have a great doctor who had known me since birth and knew that I had always lead a very healthy lifestyle. Anyways, if you have any input please, let me know! Thanks!
