Good Luck with your weight loss. I seem to have an issue with actually eating 6 small meals, I end up eating only lunch and dinner... so today is my first day of eating multiple small meals. I woke up this morning and did about 25 minutes of working out after I dropped the kids to school and I am feeling great! I wish you the best and would love too share info and maybe even help motivate others too.... especially those with similar goals.... I guess I need to buy a scale, I always hated those things!

I've tried the 6 small meals and it was working well until I got lazy...it will work but remember to plan ahead and have those small snack like meals available
I was thrilled by the fact I didn't feel hungry using this diet. I'm getting back on the diet wagon
