My legs are definitely my fav part- all the running, biking and squats are paying off.
My legs have never been so rock hard and chiseled...
Least fav?...hard to say, everything is shaping up nicely except for the pockets of resistance, like the fatty layer that is obscuring my 6 pack and some back fat- I hate back fat.
