No loss for me this week. But I did stay the same, at 244lb, so that is better than gaining. Been on FitDay for an entire month now. I notice a big difference in the way I feel. I feel better, healthier, and have more energy. I have made some big changes in my eating habits which I am proud of. I am behind on my scheduled 2 lb/week goal. But will carry on and push myself to succeed...hoping to report a good sized loss next Friday!

Congrats to all the losers! And hang in there to all of us who stayed the same or gained! We will reach our goals!!
Jan 8, 2010: 248 lb
April 23, 2010: 239 lb
Goal ~ June 30, 2010 ~ 200 lb
