No loss for me this week. But I did stay the same, at 244lb, so that is better than gaining. Been on FitDay for an entire month now. I notice a big difference in the way I feel. I feel better, healthier, and have more energy. I have made some big changes in my eating habits which I am proud of. I am behind on my scheduled 2 lb/week goal. But will carry on and push myself to succeed...hoping to report a good sized loss next Friday!
