I'm new to this board and am weighting in at 186. I started at 247 Jan 1, 2009, got down to 185 before the holidays and the went up to 188. So I'll consider a loss of 2 for 186. Goal is 175, secret goal (the goal I would really like but can't believe I can make it) is 145. But reading about other people that started at 185 and made it down that far inspires me! I am using alli, good food choices and exercise best I can (I have some physical issues). thanks for creating this weight in.
