Hi Richard, welcome. I think the calorie restriction is fairly close, as long as you log everything, including 24 hours of activity. For instance, I just found out that I should have been logging in my sleep time, the time I spend on the computer, the time I spend in front of TV, along with the exercise, etc. It makes a big difference in the calorie balance reports.
