I'm down 3 lbs. to 151. I'm still amazed! I was 230 a year and a half ago and for the last four or five months I've been stuck. I ramped up the exercise and went back to putting in all food I eat and controlling my calorie intake to approx. 1200 (doing Atkins type diet) and it came off. Good luck to everyone on here, I know you can do it and remember to just stick to it and you'll be successful!!
