Default Cooked vs Raw on fit day


I'm still kind of new to fitday. I was wondering why there is such a difference in cooked vs raw when I plug something in like broccoli. The same amount is higher in cals, carbs, and fat when cooked. Is fitday just assuming your adding fat? If I'm steaming broccoli should I just use the "raw" numbers?
