I found it very hard to drink much and still lose weight. Afterwork drinks ended pretty quick and with my partner it happens now every couple months instead of once a week now.
But we still have date nights, we go for a walk and spend quality time together.
My experience was that any time i went out and ate and consumed more than a few drinks, my weight loss would come to a halt that week.

Currently weigh in at 267 lbs
December 1 goal 190 lbs
I'm back after a couple year absence... and a 68lb weight gain!!
