Three months to the day that I started on South Beach Diet, I am 2 lbs
away from my goal eight weeks early. Two more pounds to get into the "healthy" BMI range. My stomach is flat and I can fit into clothes I have not seen in years. Even had a few cookies this weekend (probably why I didn't hit the goal on Saturday). I get plenty of exercise, have no cravings and am at or above 100% RDA of all nutrients.
