Nice abs And I agree, it's amazing what simple walking can do. When I was in college, I walked 4 miles a day just to get to and from the "cheap" parking lot to class, plus wandering around campus whenever I had downtime between classes, since it was about an hour's drive one way to get home. Walking is a lot harder now with the kids in tow, but every little step adds up.
If I keep starting over, eventually it will stick, right?
