Stevia is a harmless plant and the glycoside sweeteners from it aren't metabolized in the body. Some people perceive a somewhat bitter aftertaste; for me it's really weird in coffee because it makes the coffee taste like marshmallows. But I'm pretty certain it's safe for human consumption.
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.
