If you have filled out all the sections, with your age, hieght, present weight, goal weight, lifestyle, etc....
Go to the tab called WEIGHT GOAL and click on it
Scroll down the page about half way and you will see another set of tabs....click on CALORIE BALANCE...and that will tell you how many you can eat in a day based on your lifestyle.
If you stay at that amount of calories, but add exercise, you will lose weight faster.
