I'm very excited to be starting this journey, and feel very motivated. My best tip is to not to try to do too many new things at once. Ease into your new habits and add another one as you get comfortable. I gave up french fries, and then 2 weeks later I subsitituted water for every other diet cola I normally would drink. I'm trying to be healthy about what I chose to eat, but not fanatical. I probably won't give up drinking a glass of wine at night until I reach a plateau. stuff like this helps me out. Its a lifetime commitment so you have to ease into it.
