Anyone use just a treadmill.....
I just recently got a treadmill off of a friend. It works fine except for the incline part. I've only had it for a week so far but it really seems to be helping. I've been walking 35 minutes at 3.5-3.6 speed (which is fast for me since I'm short) 5 days a week. I definately get a workout from it.
I was wondering if anyone else here uses a treadmill for their only form of exercise? If so, how are you doing with your weightloss?
