My weight this morning is 258. It's good to be in new #'s as long as they are lower. I too thought about this thread all week, it's been a great help.
Way to go all, good job, even if the #'s didn't move much or if they went in the wrong direction, you're still posting , so that's great .Don't give up keep logging your food , & working out, & #'s will change. Here's to better health for all.
