Default Doing the Zone, and didn't even realize it!

The Zone is 40% Carbs, 30% Fat, 30% Protein. Just realized, looking through the last week, that is what I am doing. Although, on several days, it look like I need a little more protein and a little less fat. I am on my first week, only lost 0.6 pounds (need to lose 45), but I did lose an inch in my waist, another inch in my hips, and one in my thighs.

This feels like a normal healthy, balanced way to eat to me. Anyone else doing The Zone?
