I am currently at 225 and would ultimately like to lose 85 lbs. I just started last week by eating more healthy, walking 1 mile 4 days per week and going to an aqua fitness class at the YMCA twice a week. I am weighing in only once per week and am committed to logging my food and activity daily. is offline   Reply With Quote
