I am also new to Fitday. I'm really enjoying this website and I hope it helps all of us achieve our goals. I would like to lose 20 lbs by the end of March but ideally would like to make it to 30 lbs soon after
. It would be great to make some diet friends for encouragement, share stories and maybe healthy yummy recipes. Tomorrow will be 1 week of healthy eating and I'm looking forward to stepping on the scale. I hope it gives me good news!!
