Wow! Congrats!!! You must be doing all the right things. Keep up the good work!

Your weight loss may slow and level out a little after the first few weeks, but that's normal. You should eventually shoot for a loss of 1-2 lbs per week. Slow and steady wins the race... =)
Start weight: 3/13/10 - 162 lbs
Current weight: 10/12/10 - 132 lbs
