By the calculations you mentioned I should be eating 2035c per day...that still seems high to loose 1.5 -2 lbs a wk.
I weigh 169 x15=2535-500=2035
I am 51 and 5'11". I usually try to stay around 1500c with a 40-40-20 ratio.
Have I got this wrong?
