Good job Zinal. So far I have noticed a 3 pound weight loss in 2 weeks. My weight is coming off slowly as well but it's coming off and I am excited to atleast try and eat healthier if I am not able to exercise. My plan is to try to fit in more protein in my food slowly getting rid of carbs..
