South Beach update
I have been on the diet for 20 days and have made pretty good progress although I notice that as I moved from Phase I to Phase II I have pretty much plateaued despite eating 1200 calories, less than 15% carbs and exercising three times a week. I have added some whole grains and fruit sparingly. Still feeling great, feel I have lost inches and feel full. I notice also that I only go to the bathroom 2x a week now where I was pretty much a daily routine before.
