Nearing the end of Phase I on SB diet (on Sunday). It's been a real success. I am enjoying the food and feel "lighter". Also I have started walking 3.5 miles a few times a week -- trying to fit that into my work schedule. However, carb cravings are gone -- but I am looking forward to Phase II and reintroducing some good carbs. I am ahead of goal.

Height: 6 ft. 6 in.
Starting Weight: 250 pounds (8-07-2010)
Current Weight: 240.6 pounds (8-17-2010)
Goal: 215 pounds (12-31-10)
