Default Caramel lemon Pepper Chicken

My kids LOVE this. Use skinless chicken tenderloins, 2 - 3 per serving. In skillet combine butter (fat free), 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp minced onion, dash black pepper. Cook chicken until it is just starting to brown. Add 1/4 cup Brandy (I prefer peach) and cook down, turning chicken several times. When chicken has a nice brown glaze on it, it is ready. It is AWESOME! Makes 3 - 4 servings.
