Bumping this thread!
Did workout A of the 2k3 workout from TT, and Today I moved from the stationary bike to treadmill sprinting for my intervals. This is a pretty big jump in intensity but it was awesome and I think now I'll just reserve the bike for light non interval days. Last time the decline push-ups kicked my ass, but this time I did a lot better with them and by the end of this workout I could barely lift my water bottle haha.

Nice tubing will make your arms sore and give you a kung fu grip, and waterskiing is just an awesome total body exercise. I'm heading to my cabin to catch these last days of august heat, and I'll definitely do some slaloming and atv riding.
