Hello everyone. Happy Friday.
I missed Tuesday's update because I was on vacation. We went camping in the Arizona mountains with my husband's parents, where we did some hiking and mountain biking. Last week was good. I was able to continue not eating grains and only getting carbs from fruit and vegetables. We did good on vacation because his parents eat well and were supportive of our food preferences. I made snacks and bars ahead of time so we were able to munch on that. My weight this morning has me down half a pound.
Blackrhino and Mambo, hang in there. You'll make it through the rough patch.
Runbikeski and Jespar, congrats on the weight loss.
Beth, cool work on the gingerbread creations and staying on track.
Cassie, I hope you are feeling a little more energy now.
