I am 14 days in - Phase 2 - on my first round. I am struggling with the variying shift of my job, (graveyards, days, swings, etc) so I am eating at different times and not able to get into a routine. I still lost about 5 pounds the first week, and am down 4 more this week. But... with the rediculous relationship I have with food, I get somewhat crabby because I have the WORST cravings! self control has been better than on past diets, and I am cautiously optimistic. But GOOD LORD, how I want some mashed potatoes!
