I've was very successful in 2009 in my weight loss. I am done from 264lbs in January to 180lbs today, and have about 15 - 20lbs more to go.
2010 I will be focusing on those final 15 - 20 lbs and also focus on building muscle. I'm not looking for a bodybuilder physique, but I want to look good decent on the beach.
