It is so true. People think that when you eat Primal and are cutting out grains that you aren't getting carbs. They seem to forget that veggies and fruit have carbs!
I also feel that for people who really want to lose weight, improve their health and make a whole-hearted change in their world, cutting out grains completely is a must.
Cutting back will get you to a certain point, but I believe that if you have just a little bit, it is much easier to continually have just a little bit more and before your know it, your carbs per day are 200 grams and upward.
