My weekend breakfast-
Egg white omlette with, red & green bell pepper, green onions, mushrooms, minced garlic,& spinach cooked in olive oil.
Topped with Cilantro, feta and a couple slices of avocado and corn tortillas on the side.

Weekday breakfast almost identical except everything gets thrown into to whole wheat pita shell and wrapped up to eat once I get to work.
