It is extreme, but that's the point, plus I doubt it will seriously screw you up if you do it only for the recommended time (6 weeks). It's not meant to be a long-term plan, just a massive kick in the behind for getting shredded
1) eat real food - more vegetables, moderate meat, moderate fruits, less grains, less sugar, less vegetable oils.
2) exercise - moderate intensity cardio, sprinting, heavy lifting, dedicated stretching and mobility.
3) live - relax, de-stress, meditate.
