Fridays are my weigh in day, so that would work great for me!

This morning I was 167.2

Goal weight is 150.

I had gained some weight from overeating nuts!! But now have it down to 11 almonds a day. I should be alright now. I was at 169 after the gain, so I am coming down again. YAY!
