Weekly Weigh In Thread
Is anyone interested in doing a weekly weigh in? We can all weigh in at the end of the week (on Fridays?) and I can make a spread sheet and post it on Saturdays. We can do it in 6 week increments.
That way we can all track our progress in one place and not have weights here, there, and everywhere. I have done 2 biggest loser contests in the past year and liked the feeling of accountability every week. It kept me on the straight and narrow knowing I had to weigh in on Fridays.
If anyone is interested, post your weight today and I will log it all in. We can encourage each other through our Ups and Downs!!
