As of today's weigh in - I have reached my half way mini goal. Yippeee!
I started out April 1st at 200 pounds and today my scales said 174. (I promise I did not tamper with my machine - it just seems to be liking me lately!)
It has been hard work and I am sure all my favorite restaurant have taken a big hit these last few months - but the end result is so much more important than that pan pizza with everything.
I did promise myself once I get to 170 I will get myself a small personal pizza (veggies on!)
So I still have about 20 pounds to go - I know those will probably be harder - but I know I can do it. I eating better and I finally can say I look forward to exercising. Plus I finally got my pool open And CLEAn - so swimming is now on my workout regimen.
To all my fellow FitDay folks - keep it up we r all on the right road to a better selves. And it if your new - one day at a time. You will begin seeing results. Believe in yourself!
