Hello! I'm a newbie
I am excited to open the door to a new weight loss venture and loose some pounds! I am 32 y/o mother of 4 and I just had my last lil bundle 6 months ago. As a result my body is in shambles!! I really want to get to be the best I can be this year. I want to be the fittest by 33 than I have been in years. So I am on a running program and I have taken on a semi-vegetarian lifestyle. I haven't really lost much but I need to loose about 55 pounds and my short term goal is to loose 30 by July 13 (my babies b-day). I would love to be down the whole 50 by next january!
Any suggestions would be wonderful.
Today I will do my first Tabata workout on the bike so wish me luck!!
