My Progess (machine_x)
Here are my current stats.
Age: 38
Height: 5' 11"
Starting Weight: 362
Current Weight: 329
Goal Weight: 195-205 range
Here are my weekly losses to date (on Friday weigh-in schedule)
Start: 362 Plan: Warrior Diet
Week 1: 352 (-10) Plan: WD
Week 2: 347 (-5) Plan: WD
Week 3: 344 (-3) Plan: WD (started Atkins after this week)
Week 4: 336 (-8) Plan: Atkins
Week 5: 329 (-7) Plan: Atkins
33 pounds lost in 5 weeks
My numbers continue to be outstanding. I'll probably stay in induction for a few more weeks considering the weight I have left to lose. I continue to work out 5 days a week. Walking twice a day for 30-40 minutes and weight training. Getting stronger every day and loving the way I feel.

Took a break from the gym this week and did a ton more walking. Back to gym next week.

Slowed down some, have been busy with work. Still walking a couple miles a day and just watching my diet, not really counting. Going to pick it up the pace again Monday.
