I just purchased a scale. I don;t like scales, I tend to get on them too much, and it hurts my motivation. But, I was curious, and wanted my fitday info to be accurate. Imagine my surprise to find I'm 10lbs over what I expected.
Pretty devastating, adding 10lbs. The upside is, my motivation just increased. I can;t stand to know I weigh that much. I'm at 200, thought I was 190. AGHJRGRHG!
Anywho, I was wondering if anyone knows if you can completely rest fitday. I want to start over, with a fresh slate.
