I'll let you know what works for me in the mornings.
Boil an egg before bed, peel it, put it in a tupperware and refrigerate. In the morning warm it up, toast a peice of whole wheat bread (very little butter, big tall glass of water and coffee out the door. It'll be less than 400 calories and maybe you can take another egg with you for that extra hunger moment. The key really is to drink the glass of water and it'll help the bread expand in the tummy and give you that full feeling. Also I heard that sometimes your body gives you the hunger signal but what it really wants is water. Try that for 2 days and see how it works. Hope I helped.

Thanks for your suggestions, everyone! I've started making myself scrambled eggs consisting of a couple of egg whites and some lowfat milk, plus 2 or 3 strips of turkey bacon. It's made my mornings more hectic, but it's totally worth it. I can actually focus on my work every morning rather than how painfully hungry I am.
I also make a mid-morning snack out of nonfat greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, sunflower seeds and just a touch of honey. It's my new favorite snack combo.
I appreciate everyone's advice.
