I managed to do it in 2 1/2 months- frikken' brutal, but I did it.
Since then, I've integrated push-ups into my normal gym routine.
Just to keep it interesting, I've set a new goal of 1,000 push-ups per week.
Since Jan.1, I've done a little over 1,600 PU's, ya, I'm coming up short, but I'm working on it
(I'm using an spreadsheet to track my progress)
I use push ups as part of my circuit training. I do them with the "perfect pushup" and they are as painful as root canal. I can do about 50 pushups in a row but with the PP I can only do 19. Spend the $20 and get these things as they are viscous!
