I have almost exactly your height, calorie intake and weight and weight loss goal. I have lost 22 pounds in 5 weeks and feel great. You are eating too much protein and carbs and too little fat. I eat 10% carbs (a little more now), 30% protein and the rest fat. My account name is RichardBuckner and my food logs are public. You are welcome to see them
