Thanks for the response. That’s what I'm doing now. I'm 5'10 and weighed 232 on June 5th. I started running and work-out five days a week doing split work-outs. Not on a diet...life style change. I've already lost 6 pounds. I consume about 1800 calories a day....thanks for the feedback...I’ll keep you posted on my loss...and keep up the good work!!!
